Meet Dan Jorquera, Senior Mobile Engineer at Net Health. Dan spends his days making Tissue Analytics faster, more reliable, and easier for clinicians to use. “Anyone who’s had to fill out the same field on a website three times knows how frustrating technology can be. But when it works just right, it can be a game-changer. Clinicians can snap a picture of a wound, get precise measurements and analytics in seconds, and have everything sent directly to the EMR. That kind of speed and accuracy makes a real difference in patient care.” Dan started his career in game design, studying at the University of Baltimore and working on dozens of games. “The industry wasn’t the most stable, so I turned it into a hobby and looked for something that combined my programming skills with medical care—something that’s been part of my family for generations.” His sister, mom, stepmom, and grandmother all worked in healthcare, so when he found Tissue Analytics, he knew it was the right fit. “Handling thousands of wound images a day might make some people uneasy, but for me, it was exciting to build something that could help patients and make clinicians' jobs easier.” Outside of work, Dan fosters dogs with his wife and two kids and volunteers with Foster the Family, helping new foster families get settled. He still makes video games for fun and once competed in Smash Bros. tournaments—though he admits, "it did not go well." Want to work alongside problem-solvers like Dan? With 10 years in healthcare software and 20+ years in client services, Marissa specializes in optimizing healthcare providers' technology and financial operations. "By improving revenue cycle efficiency and cash flow, we help our clients cover essential costs, keeping their business running smoothly." Starting in outpatient physical therapy billing, Marissa joined Optima as a Billing Analyst in 2012, then became a QA Engineer before her current role as Product Owner. Jeff McQuay OT/L, an Account Executive for Net Health’s Occupational Medicine & Employee Health team, recently volunteered with his kids as patients for a local university’s occupational therapy program—a full-circle moment for someone whose career began in the field. “I like to volunteer with the occupational therapy program since that is my clinical background, and the professors are really why I'm here today!” At Net Health, full-time employees receive 16 hours of volunteer time each year to support causes close to their hearts. For Jeff, that meant giving back to the educators who helped shape his journey—helping future OTs gain hands-on experience to carry the profession forward. 🔴 #NetHelpers #OccupationalTherapy #NetHealth

Meet Tanner Tran, the Houston-based Scrum Master Team Lead at Net Health. A speed-typing enthusiast, Rubik's cube solver, and Tetris player, Tanner brings the same quick-thinking and problem-solving energy to coordinating software development teams. His path to Net Health started with a Petroleum Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Austin, but his passion for solving people-oriented challenges pulled him in a different direction. Five years ago, Tanner made the switch from financial services software engineering to become a Scrum Master, and he hasn't looked back. "There is an incredible amount of coordination behind the scenes in building working software," he explains. "As Scrum Master Team Lead, I guide Product Owners and Developers through the ideation, planning, and delivery of their work." With his teams on the verge of completing a milestone project, he's already looking ahead to new horizons, working to build confidence-inspiring roadmaps for what's next. When he's not orchestrating development efforts at Net Health, you might spot him enjoying an array of mind-bending challenges, or as he puts it, "playing weekly trivia at my local pub." Join innovators like Tanner in shaping the future of healthcare. Explore our open roles and opportunities 🔴🔗: https://lnkd.in/dJjwQ39 #NetHealth #careers
