New information from the Federal Trade Commission gives multidistrict litigation underway in New Jersey federal court related to pharmacy benefit managers a significant boost, say the attorneys involved. "The report, which confirms that pharmacy benefit managers charge major markups for critically important life-saving drugs, will further elevate public awareness and inevitably lead to more lawsuits," said Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton Law Firm partner Tal Lifshitz, who is working on the case alongside the firm's Ben Widlanski. Widlanski is one of four co-lead counsel with Marc A. Pifko of Baron & Budd, P.C.; David Buchanan of Seeger Weiss LLP; and Brandon Bogle of Levin Papantonio Law Firm.
