Even for a toxic productivity expert, it can be hard to determine when self-care goals are realistic and good for us, and when self-care means doing more of the work you're called to do. “Is that me self-sabotaging and falling into overwork during a stressful period? Great question, I don’t know. Is that me just having a successful company and reveling in that and being joyful about the space that I occupy professionally? Great question, I don’t know. I think it is actually a combination of both, like a lot of things are a combination of both. Every choice you make isn’t necessarily 100% good or 100% bad, it’s taken in aggregate.
