We are thrilled to have earned two prestigious PRISM Awards this year. The awards recognize our work in two categories: the $400-499k single-family attached category for our Daniels Orchard Townhomes and the $700-799k single-family detached category for the Hortus II floor plan in Midtown Nexton. Jess Sanderson has been promoted to Lead Design for Charleston SC. As Lead Design, Jess will continue to grow the New Leaf brand and work hard to stay current with Vendors. She takes pride in the connections she makes, and everyone she meets is an instant friend to her. She thrives in a collaborative environment and works hard to solve every issue that pops up in a build. She will go out of her way to listen, be accurate, and follow every detail to the end. Her gift in uniting divisions at NLB and working so well with vendors make her a huge asset to New Leaf Builders. More importantly, she cares about the customer's goals. Jess is all about Good Design, a Good Time, and People. It is natural for her to be this way. Her background in the High Fashion world as a Buyer, to managing boutiques all over the world. Jess brings such fun to every appointment. NLB Customers will be well-guided and understood in her care. In the year that she has been with us, her fresh perspective and awesome style have improved everything about Design. She has been working under Jess Cote, then alongside, then running appointments, to now running the showroom. The J's have confused many a customer and vendor as to which J it is:) New Leaf is always looking to be Clear and Kind. Jess Cote will be rolling into a new position with New Leaf running Sapling full-time. Sapling is the interior Design business Jess C. started 3 years ago under New Leaf's umbrella. Sapling has grown from Model Homes to full home Client installs. Jess is excited about the next chapter and giving Sapling 100% as she gave New Leaf.
