After years of encouragement from her dad, who worked in the mining industry, she made the drastic switch – a move she says has been “one of the best career choices.” Kaitlyn admits she never thought she’d be able to drive big trucks around a mine site, but is happy she made the effort to get out of her comfort zone. Kaitlyn sees a long future at Tanami, thanks to the people, culture and diverse roles.
