About us
Next Gen Talent is a development program for emerging HR leaders. Given the complexities in the workplace and the talent shortage, the need is great for strong HR/talent leadership. Next Gen Talent was developed to address this need and build a strong pipeline of highly qualified human resources professionals in targeted markets (currently Indianapolis and Chicago). Next Gen Talent equips early career HR and talent leaders with the business acumen necessary to drive change and lead through the challenges that businesses face. The two-year program is led by seasoned human resources professionals and consultants, and utilizes the expertise of guest speakers who are proficient in various aspects of the business industry. The program focuses on building business skills such as sales and marketing, technology, finance, networking, operational excellence and professional speaking. Participants are selected via an application process and, once accepted, commit to the full two-year program.
