About us
Nexus Automation develops custom automation systems for application-specific manufacturing processes. We design and build devices from custom fixtures and prototypes to fully automated and integrated systems for various processes including assembly, bonding/sealing, dispensing, punching, web-handling, thermo-forming, laminating, vision inspection, laser inspection, laser marking, packaging, testing and many more. OUR PROFICIENCIES Our engineering capabilities include complete design for manufacture, proof-of-concept and production. Equipped with high-precision fabrication tools, such as wire EDM and CNC machines, we build single prototypes as well as multiple units. Our team members use their combined expertise in mechanics, electronics, design and controls to define and detail a project’s objectives for its prompt, successful completion. why I love our team post. if you've ever emailed me you know I say we are the MacGyver squad. customer asked for help with monster steel part. Haas Automation, Inc. says our VF6 has max 32inch (Y axis) travel... we disagree :) very smart fixturing and skilled operator and we got it done. no crashes, no over travel no drama. Nexus Automation we find a way or make a way.

Our capabilities continue to expand! What can our MacGyver squad do for you?
Last year we started a small experiment providing fabrication services, we had a small tig machine, small qnty , high complexity (in many cases with machining after welding) and our usual great price and fast lead time (this week we delivered a completed frame in 5 days). customer response has been overwhelmingly positive. we now have TIG, MIG, STIG, Laser (not pictured) and more coming. steel , SS, Aluminum we can do it all. thank you for all our loyal customers that pushed us forward. we added 200 sqfeet outdoor fabrication area. Nexus Automation where every day is a MacGyver episode. Edit... I wish we could post more pictures...you just have to try us and see what we can do for you.
