Over the weekend, we hosted an engaging Expert Talk session on CV writing, which attracted over 100 aspiring talents who joined us online through multiple channels. A select few were privileged to attend the session physically at our offices. During the session, participants received invaluable guidance on crafting CVs that stand out and leave a lasting impression on recruiters. They learned how to highlight their skills, achievements, and experiences effectively, ensuring their CVs align with the expectations of potential employers. The session also featured interactive discussions, personalized feedback, and practical tips. On 15th November, I had a privilege to meet the Netherland Youth Ambassador Jurriaan Middelhoff , It was a good moment to discuss matters concerning youth especially employability which is a global issue. We as youth must take initiative to go extra mile and find the gap we have so as fill it and become super fit in the competitive job market. Also we have to raise our voices to the government and stakeholders so that they will understand what we need from them, as well as to showcase what we youths have. The visit provided an opportunity to showcase how the Niajiri Platform operates and the impact we’ve made in connecting #talent with #employers. During the visit, beneficiaries of our platform, including talented individuals who have successfully participated in various Niajiri programs and secured employment opportunities, shared their inspiring stories. Employers who have leveraged our #Applicant Tracking System (ATS) also highlighted how it has simplified their hiring processes, enabling them to find the right talent with ease. We are deeply grateful to the #Netherlands Embassy in Tanzania for their time and interest in learning about our mission to upskill young talent and bridge the #gap between education and #employment.
