Niche Electronics takes a solutions-based approach to every project. But how does that actually work? It starts at the very beginning, when our team assesses assembly drawings, CAD files, and other details. We get into the granular details so we can find – and fix – and errors or omissions. Then, throughout production, we seek out problems: reviewing a project’s complexity, combing through the bill of materials, and developing robust working instructions for our manufacturing software. Our Yamaha dual-beam pick-and-place machine offers agility and speed in surface-mount operations. This machine offers a state-of-the-art vision system that identifies even the most challenging and miniaturized electronics packages available today. With the dual-beam feature, it can split into two “lines,” which boosts our production rate. Other advantages: fewer mistakes, higher quality.
