This past Friday, Nikki Beach Miami Beach proudly took part in the South Beach Wine & Food Festival®, a premier culinary celebration where we’ve had the honor of hosting standout events over the years. This year, we were thrilled to welcome back Oyster Bash, an exciting showcase presented by Oyster Bay Wines, hosted by Marc Murphy, and sponsored by ReachTV. A dozen renowned chefs from across the country showcased their most creative takes on this seaside classic, each highlighting unique flavors and techniques—including our very own Executive Chef, Frank Ferreiro. We’re very excited to share that Chef Frank won the Bash with the Best Oyster for his standout creation: Murder Point oysters topped with Honeyglow pineapple marinated in cachaça, fresh cilantro, and brown sugar—a perfect bite. We’re incredibly proud of Chef Frank's hard work and creativity, which continue to elevate the culinary experience at Nikki Beach Miami Beach.
