🍁 WordCamp US ⛺️ 🪵 2024: Rekindling Relationships and Fueling Future Growth! 🍁 The Ninja Forms team had an awesome time at WCUS—our first one post-pandemic—with our CMO, Brand Director, CS Lead, and Content Marketing Specialist! We each walked away with key insights reinforcing how important community, connection, and just showing up can be. 🧍♀️Mia Cantrell "I really focused on networking this time and tried to be more intentional about connecting with both old friends and new faces. I noticed that pairing up during conversations made a big difference—it let us play off each other’s strengths and build deeper connections. One thing I took away from this? You don’t need a sponsorship to make an impact. Just being there, having real conversations, and handing out our exclusive swag made a huge difference." 🧍♀️ Shaylee H. "Heading into WCUS, it was my first time attending, and honestly, it felt like checking off a bucket list item for me. It did feel a lot more business-focused compared to the smaller, local camps I’m used to. But having Kevin, Quay Morgan, and Mia Cantrell there made it so much more fun and worthwhile. It was incredible to see how the spirit of networking thrives in bigger spaces too, especially when surrounded by a strong team with good rapport. Watching Kevin and Mia work the room was like a mini masterclass in networking—I definitely picked up some great tips on building relationships in the WordPress community." 🧍 Quay Morgan focused on building new partnerships, and the trip was a success in that regard. He left with 8 new connections, which was exactly the goal. It was clear that Ninja Forms hadn’t been forgotten, and many attendees were excited to see us back. The "Free Not Lite" sticker campaign was a hit, and it’s obvious that continuing to be present at these events is key to keeping us top-of-mind in the community. 🧍Kevin "I came back from WCUS with a real reminder of how much Ninja Forms has meant to people over the years. At several booths, I had conversations with freelancers and developers who’ve relied on Ninja Forms to help grow their businesses, and it was pretty humbling. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind, but hearing those stories reminded me that the work we’re doing really does make an impact. And on top of that, reconnecting with people helped get our presence back out there. It just goes to show that sometimes it’s those personal relationships that really make things happen." Our takeaway? Showing up and being real is more important than ever in this post-pandemic, AI-driven world. We’re excited to keep building on the momentum from WCUS! #FreeNotLite #NinjaForms
