CSC has launched the third year of our Law Enforcement Mentoring Program! In a continued commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the field of law enforcement, the New Jersey Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce that applications for the 2025 Law Enforcement Mentoring Program will be accepted starting December 1, 2024. This initiative, now in its third year, is designed to support individuals interested in pursuing careers in law enforcement by offering guidance and resources throughout the Civil Service application process. The mentoring program aims to address and overcome challenges that may hinder applicants' progress due to their unique circumstances. The program is primarily conducted in a virtual/remote format and includes a range of activities such as subject matter-focused workshops, group discussions, and career and goal planning sessions.
