Last week, at LCI Congress in San Diego, I got to share the stage with Victoria Navarro, MBA-HCM, LCI-CPD-SME Josh Young and Kyle Davis doing a deep dive into the value of a Conditions of Satisfaction.
This group did an amazing job delivering value to the attendees with a role playing exercise to help overcome common objections and resistance. Victoria had the hardest job of being a resistant client, because she is 100% bought in to the process. All the speakers took the time to reinforce the importance of slowing down early in planning to establish clear goals and direction.
We then had an interactive exercise to walk yhe participants through the CoS process.

Thank you Chris Dierks for having the confidence in our final product, and to Ginny Fowler who helped us get clear with our visuals and message.
I look forward to what this crew has in store for #LCICongress25 in Arlington, TX.
