About us
The North Oakland County Board of REALTORS® was established in 1921 when a small group of real estate brokers joined forces to form the Pontiac Real Estate Board. In 1971, the name was changed to the Pontiac Area Board of REALTORS® with an ever-growing membership. Today, the North Oakland County Board of REALTORS® boasts a membership of over 4,700 members! The purpose of the North Oakland County Board of Realtors® is to enhance the ability and opportunity of its members to conduct their business successfully and ethically, and to promote the preservation of the right to own, transfer and use real property.
