Our 3rd annual Offsite, themed "Partnership is Our Currency," was held at the historic Omni Mount Washington Resort and included a perfect blend of business, culture, and team building. Over two days, we immersed ourselves in panels and group discussions with periodic breaks to get outside in nature. Team building activities included lawn games, bonfire stories, and s'mores, along with a few early morning hikes. Spirits were high throughout, even when the rain threatened to disrupt a competitive game of frisbee golf. This event reinforced our Nonantum values—integrity, humility, and fairness—and how everyone contributes to our success.
