While there is no update on JuiceBox migration, thanks to Chris Campbell's initiative (https://lnkd.in/eCaPTt63), some of us are working on putting together basic troubleshooting guides. I will keep posting things that can be done to alleviate (however minimally) the impact on JuiceBox customers when Enel X Way software discontinues(on Oct 11th). I sincerely hope this date is extended! Consider disabling the Smart Charging setting. If it is enabled, your JuiceBox will only charge cars during a preset time window. Once the app is discontinued, we do not know if this setting will become permanent. This change can only be done when the JuiceBox is online. Most EVs have this feature, which can either be set on your car's dashboard or on your Car's app or both. Feel free to reach out to me for any JuiceBox technical questions.

With Enel X Way's exit from North America, all commercial JuiceBox charging stations are on the verge of becoming completely locked and inaccessible. At Noodoe, we are working hard to develop a seamless, smooth migration through OCPP for these stations. We are working with the liquidating company to access these charging stations properly and are confident that once in place, our solution will ensure an efficient migration—no manual workarounds needed. As an open and hardware-agnostic platform, Noodoe has been fully integrated with JuiceBox chargers thanks to close collaboration with the EnelX technical team prior to their closure.
