💥 Nordic Science Investments leads pre-seed round in Sweden’s Phenaros Pharmaceuticals to advance AI-driven drug discovery. Thrilled to back Phenaros Pharmaceuticals, a Swedish spinout from Uppsala University. This investment reflects our commitment to boosting deep tech companies across the New Nordics.   Phenaros Pharmaceuticals, led by CEO Ola Spjuth, who leads Sweden’s national AI strategy for SciLifeLab, is transforming drug discovery through large-scale cell image analysis combined with AI modeling. This powerful approach accelerates the discovery of new treatments and enhances the profiling of compounds e.g. for safety assessment.   The pre-seed round was joined by key partners: Almi Invest, Länsförsäkringen Uppsala and Monesi.
