About us

Norman Regional Health System is a multi-campus system that serves healthcare needs throughout south central Oklahoma. Our acute-care facility on the Porter Avenue Campus is licensed for 219 beds and offers a full range of services. Norman Regional Moore, is a state-of-the-art $32 million dollar healthcare facility in Moore, Oklahoma. Norman Regional Moore houses physician offices, an emergency center that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and a community meeting space. The HealthPlex campus at Interstate 35 and Tecumseh Road, licensed for 168 beds, features Cardiovascular Services, Spine and Orthopedic Surgery, and Women’s and Children’s Services. Norman Regional Health System also provides outpatient diagnostic centers, medical transport services, physician services, centers of excellence, durable medical equipment supplies, a primary care network, community wellness service and employer health services. We have grown to employ more than 2,700 people and have 356 physicians credentialed on the Medical Staff.

    Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Manager of Quality! Norman Regional Health System is a multi-campus healthcare system serving south central Oklahoma. Currently, we employ over 4,000 healers (employees) and have 356 physicians credentialed on the Medical Staff. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Quality at Norman Regional Health System in Norman, OK. The Manager of Quality will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality improvement programs, analyzing data to assess performance, developing strategies to enhance patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare delivery.
