Each of these outstanding individuals has made a tremendous impact on the DFW community and continues to be a great influence and pioneers in the area.   We also extend our congratulations to Herb Austin on his retirement and express our sincere appreciation for his service to the DFW community during his tenure as SBA DFW District Director. The U.S. Small Business Administration named Herbert Austin the acting regional administrator for the South Central Region, which serves 3.3 million small businesses across Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
