Le 1er colloque de #Métagénomique clinique du Grand Ouest s’est achevé hier sur cette belle vue de la Rade de Brest. Je voulais témoigner des échanges nourris, très intéressants et fort constructifs. Un grand merci aux cliniciens infectiologues, réanimateurs, microbiologistes, bioinformaticiens et industriel Noscendo GmbH présents. Nous avançons ensemble vers la microbiologie du futur et c’est très enthousiasmant ! Un grand merci aux équipes du Département des Agents Infectieux, labellisé LBMR en métagénomique clinique, pour leur investissement sans faille depuis 4 ans, ainsi qu'à la Direction du CHU de Brest pour son soutien dans l'innovation.

Great to be back in Geneva with my colleague Myriam Livrozet at this year's #ICCMG conference. If you're interested in clinical metagenomics, I cannot recommend it enough as a small but very well-curated conference with great talks and such a friendly, close-knit community. Awesome to totally geek out on everything metagenomics 😜! Thanks to Jacques Schrenzel, Etienne Ruppé and Vladimir Lazarevic for putting it together once again! I'll be back to help celebrate next year's 10 year anniversary 🎂😉!
