We are proud to announce that 26 participants have successfully completed the 'Rijdend met kompas, certificaat B' course, preparing them to become professional taxi or bus drivers. The course was organized by the Ministry of Traffic, Transport, and Urban Planning (VVRP) in close collaboration with the Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) and coordinated by Nostra Growth. We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have coordinated this important project once again. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all participants and wish them success in their careers as professional public transport drivers, committed to delivering quality service to the community and visitors alike. When thinking about last night, we can only think about three simple words, yet with great meaning: proud, grateful and satisfied ❤️💪

Ever wondered why so many people simply dislike going to work? Here are some reasons why: -Long chain of managers, yet nobody who is really listening to employees. ---Intimidation by management leading to stressful work environments and a perception of work as a burden. The combination of poor leadership and negative work culture (gossip, lack of recognition, micromanagement etc) then leads to the reduction of overall employee satisfaction, resistance and productivity. Expectations are high AND you are dealing with employee resistance... not really the easiest task. *The good news is*: every workplace has the potential to be a positive and inspiring environment! We believe that that *vision* is the magic word to your solutions for every single company! Vision: Serves as a guiding compass, helping you make goal-aligned and effective decisions and avoid 'I’m stuck! What now?' moments. A well-communicated vision encourages collaboration AND reduces employee resistance. Technically you could say that this leads to the development of three skills (Serving as the answer to the 'I got stuck' situations): Forward thinking skills, decision-making skills and critical thinking skills. By nurturing these essential skills, encouraging open communication, and promoting supportive leadership, we can create a culture where everyone feels valued and motivated. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities for growth❤️
