Identify necessary changes b. Create opportunities to grow for self and others c. Speak up in service of necessary growth d. Be open to new ideas, new processes and new ways of doing things   6.         Be Respectful a.         Treat others the way you want to be treated b.         Maintain a clean personal work environment c.         Help maintain cleanliness in all public spaces d.         Foster an environment where everyone feels safe   7.         Communication is paramount a.         Be honest and open and direct b.         Do not be afraid to speak your mind. c.         Take a pause if necessary   8.         Be Adaptable a.         People who have more balanced lives are likely to be physically and emotionally healthier. b.         Flexibility means everyone needs to be open to taking on new challenges and new opportunities.   9.         Everyone deserves Access to Affordable Health Care a. We understand that we are part of a larger ecosystem, and our success depends on the health and prosperity of all of us and our community.   10.    Our Actions have Consequences a.         We believe in the power of our business and the greeting card industry to make a difference, both for our customers and our community. b.         The way in which we operate individually and as a company has profound consequences on everyone we work with – our trading partners, sales reps, retailers, and suppliers.
