Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of visiting several of our plants and facilities across North America, each playing a critical role in advancing Novelis’ purpose of #ShapingASustainableWorldTogether. These visits consistently remind me that our people are our greatest strength. Their passion, dedication, and commitment to safety and excellence are the driving forces behind our #Novelis3x30 goals and the bold vision we’ve set for the future.    In Lincolnshire, Illinois, I saw firsthand the exceptional work of Michael Fornaciari and his team. Their unwavering focus on #quality and #safety in finishing continuous cast products for #buildingconstruction customers such as Cornerstone Building Brands, Associated Materials, #ACM, #Mastic siding & accessories is a true testament to their expertise. The precision and care they bring to cold-rolling metal and delivering high-quality products embody the spirit of excellence.    Next stop was Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Canada is the fourth-largest producer of primary #aluminum globally and the largest supplier to the United States. Our Kingston facility is the only rolling mill in Canada and the excellent work of Novelis Kingston team supports our #automotive and #commercialvehicle customers, including Fordmotor Co. Under the leadership of Audrey Haynes, the nearly 300 employees in Kingston continue to excel in #safety and #innovation, reinforcing Canada’s position as a global leader in aluminum production.    In Richmond, Virginia, I had the opportunity to engage with Reema Badr and her talented team, who deliver outstanding results for our #buildingconstruction customers. I was particularly inspired by their dedication to #safety during my participation in their #SafetyHour, which showcased meaningful improvements and open discussions about ensuring every team member goes home safely.    Finally, our recycling facility in Greensboro, Georgia, highlights Novelis’ leadership in #aluminumrecycling. As the world’s largest recycler of aluminum, this team plays a critical role in closing the loop—minimizing environmental impact, reducing costs, and securing a sustainable #supplychain for the beverage packaging industry. Spending an afternoon at an #NFL game with Bradley Russell and his incredible team was a perfect way to celebrate their remarkable contributions to #sustainability and #innovation.    To every team member in Lincolnshire, Kingston, Richmond, and Greensboro: thank you for your relentless focus on #excellence, #safety, and #innovation. Guided by our purpose of #ShapingASustainableWorldTogether, Novelis is committed to making a positive and sustainable impact on our local communities. We’re proud to support philanthropic organizations such as Habitat for Humanity International and FIRST, along with identifying local opportunities to champion aluminum recycling efforts and promote STEM education whenever possible. Last year it was our honor to donate over $4M to communities across the US and Canada.
