    You know what’s hard? Helping enterprises optimize their IT purchases and renewals. Have you ever wondered why only a few companies do it? A problem this big, this expensive, there should be 100 companies in the market attempting to meet the demand for solving this pain for the Fortune 500. Why not?   Because it’s too damn hard!   To do it effectively, a firm needs two assets at their disposal:   1) Enormous enterprise data and intelligence across thousands of vendors, structured and digitized to be allow machines to run analytics over it. And that is impossible to amass in a short period. Consider that a moat! 2) A seasoned senior analytical in-house team that is 40+ people strong to handle the high volume of requests that come over the transom. If your delivery team doesn’t have the bandwidth to spend time to understand the nuances and the experience to draw valuable assertions from the comparative analytics, then why waste anyone’s time.   Today’s sophisticated sourcing teams deserve actionable, accurate and awesome analyses!   P.s., I can’t believe I’m posting a 3 minute video on LinkedIn. 😅
