The mission of the National Society of Black Engineers is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community. The NSBE Professionals seek to “inspire the next generation of technical professionals and serve as a catalyst for transforming the culture of engineering.” This goal is achieved by empowering the organization’s members to grow technically, academically and professionally, and continue to represent the success of NSBE’s mission. NSBE Professionals are the global brain trust of Black Engineers who provide top tier talent, inspire the next generation of technical professionals, and serve as a catalyst for transforming the culture of engineering.
