(“NTS”). Based in Providence, Rhode Island, ATG Service provides service, maintenance and repair for laboratory instruments critical in the research, development and manufacture of biologic drugs. ATG Service’s customers include pharmaceutical and biotech companies, CDMO’s, universities and government research institutions. NTS is a leading independent services provider for a range of critical laboratory instruments, with a specialization on Genevac® evaporation equipment. Based in Fishkill, New York, and San Diego, California, NTS serves leading biopharmaceutical laboratory customers nationwide. NTS’ service engineers have more than 100 years of combined technical expertise.   With the acquisition of NTS, ATG has now acquired five leading independent service providers under Reynolda’s ownership. These acquisitions have expanded ATG’s footprint from the West Coast to the United Kingdom and Europe and added service capabilities across complementary new instruments. With the addition of NTS, ATG continues to deepen its expertise in critical service capabilities to better service its international biopharma customer base.   • We didn't have the part we needed to complete a repair..... It happens But an instrument was down We had a part that would get them up and running and although it wouldn't last long term, it most certainly would last until the correct one comes in and beyond! Most service companies (and OEM's) would leave that instrument down until the right part arrives Not us Temporary part is installed. Customer is working. We have a follow up action It's called customer service. Having the customer's best interests in the forefront of everything we do.
