A few weeks ago, our team came together at our Decatur, AL facility for a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) event focused on Light Bay operations. By bringing cross functional stakeholders into the room, we: ✅ Aligned on the vision to ensure every department understands the end-to-end process ✅ Predicted and prevented bottlenecks before they become costly constraints ✅ Identified waste within the proposed workflow to optimize material, information, and process flow ✅ Created a roadmap for implementation that will guide execution with clear priorities ✅ Established a baseline for continuous improvement, ensuring we measure, track, and refine over time Thank you, Thomas Castillo for facilitating a great event and Jason Shepherd for sponsoring the event.
