Laws are by their nature the "legislation of morality." Every law is the government making a judgment as to which moral standard shall rule us. The demand the Christian is the only party at the table who must abandon their worldview when deciding issues of law and justice is the "argument to moderation" fallacy. They are limiting the range of options to only those they think are acceptable: namely, those which aren't Christian standards of morality.
