🌍✨ Grateful to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Stuttgart Region (IHK), FICCI, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Govt. of India), the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), and GIZ for selecting Nutricircle Ltd as one of the 20 Indian entrepreneurs under the Indo-German Partnership Program! 🇮🇳🤝🇩🇪 I had the privilege of representing Nutricircle Ltd in Germany, where I connected with plant protein technology companies and R&D institutes exploring alternative proteins and their applications. We delved into innovative uses of isolated proteins and concentrates derived from millets and pulses such as foxtail, amaranth, and chickpea. Excitingly, we are moving towards collaborative technology partnerships, bridging industry and research. As part of this journey, Nutricircle has signed an MoU with a prestigious university for research on the chickpea value chain* to enhance protein applications. I also had the opportunity to attend industry expos like INTERGEO Expo & Conference and visit renowned companies such as Lapp Holdings, Rehm Thermal Systems, Mauser, and even the Mercedes-Benz Museum, witnessing cutting-edge technologies in action. A special thank you to Dr. Nahida Amodo for her mentorship throughout this journey.
