Why are you looking at a balloon right now? Patient education and support. The greatness of people. And community building. I am in a Facebook group called COPD DAY TO DAY LIVING. For the past two weeks we have been encouraging each other to blow up balloons as a lung exercise and also to reduce air trapping in our lungs. It's been great fun. Every day, at least one person posts a picture of a balloon they have blown up and everyone pitches in to encourage one another. When people come together in this way, so much good happens.
