Our mission at OCD MN is to provide evidence-based treatment modalities including exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), radically open dialectical behavior therapy (RO DBT), and mindfulness education for individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders. We are committed to life-long learning, listening, educating, and expanding access to evidence-based treatment for all.
