They have a ‘Chaos Game’ which I nailed it 💅and you should check it out on booth #3656. By the way, everyone is asking me where I got my jacket… it’s there 😉 #NRF2025 #ChaostoControl #RetailInnovation

The rise of the Direct-to-Demand strategy 🤓 Happy New Year everyone! So excited to be back to work and bring OFFBounds' first episode of our second season, which starts tomorrow with a hot topic: how to leverage distribution to build competitive advantage. I sat down with Ricardo L., the Co-Founder and CEO of the footwear brand Larroude Inc. Founded in 2020, the brand is worn by celebrities like Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, and so many others, and in 2024 it won an award as Brand of The Year by Footwear News. Larroudé is a verticalized business with a factory in the South of Brazil and the US as its main market. By owning the manufacturing process, the company can produce what it has the demand for, reduce the return rate, and, therefore, be a more sustainable business. In episode 51, Ricardo and I will talk about the business model and leadership. Stay tuned, the episode will be live tomorrow at 7am GMT 😉 #commerceleaders #retailstrategy #retailinnovation
