Big day of announcements at offbrand as we enter into a new chapter of our company: We’re launching offbrand games, the video game publishing arm of our business. From the beginning, our goal was to deepen creator ties to game developers and create mutually beneficial partnerships for all involved. Over a year in the making, we’re bringing that vision to life. We’ve partnered with the amazing folks at Aether Studios to publish their upcoming title, Rivals 2, the sequel to their hugely successful game Rivals of Aether. PirateSoftware has joined offbrand games as our Director of Strategy. As a creator and developer himself, he’ll be helping us steer the ship towards doing right by developers, creators, and their amazing communities. We'll also be partnering with him for his upcoming game jam on July 17th. We’re evolving offbrand to be a worker cooperative, giving every full-time employee a vote, control over the company, and an equal share of our profit pool. Couldn’t be more excited about what the future has in store for our company, our partners, and our amazing employees.
