  • Last few hours to donate on Giving Tuesday! OJPC's client Anna experienced much trauma in her life due to mental illness in her family and negative influences of people around her. Anna was introduced to drugs and became addicted, and then to prostitution. Once she committed to sobriety and was able to see beyond her past and look to her future, Anna reached out to OJPC. With help from the Second Chance team at OJPC, Anna's records have been expunged under Ohio's safe harbor expungement law. Anna has been sober now for six years and has a job she loves, a job which was otherwise unattainable with her record. Consider donating to OJPC on Giving Tuesday to help us continue to provide legal services to individuals like Anna who have been victims of human trafficking and are so much more than their trauma. https://lnkd.in/gTJYprfB
