We're listening: projects need power, ready sites, incentives, and access to labor. ⚡ The OhioSE legacy of coal extraction and heavy metal manufacturing leaves the region with a robust power grid, and we have ready sites to access that power. ✅ In addition to high-power access, much of Southeast Ohio qualifies as an Energy Community and 52% of the census tracts within our region meet or exceed at least one of the Justice40 criteria thresholds. There are over 75 sites in Southeast Ohio that are located within both Energy Community and Justice40 tracts. 🚗 With more than 145,000 workers leaving the region for work daily, we have residents who would much rather work closer to home, giving new employers a strong labor pool for operations. 📍 Find the site that's right for you: https://lnkd.in/g4QMQhtD Featured Site: Muskingum River Industrial Park: https://lnkd.in/g7CUfvd4
