Rare tunnel tours beneath Cleveland’s Public Square are accessed only once per year for a limited time and number of people. Enter through an otherwise off-limits area of the 1894 Cuyahoga County Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument. The monument is otherwise free to visit daily.
