Open Industrial recently executed a long-term lease with Mobile Air & Power Rentals, a subsidiary of Resolute Industrial. Mobile Air operates nearly 40 locations nationwide, providing temporary HVAC and power solutions, including air conditioners, heaters, and generators. This IOS site is located along U.S. Route 1 in the Richmond, VA market, less than 1.5 miles from I-95, and features a 16,000 sq.ft. warehouse with four small bays.
