Atomic Alchemy Inc., Oklo’s proposed acquisition target, has signed an MOU with Zeno Power to supply fuel for commercial Radioisotope Power Systems. These innovative power systems are designed for critical missions in space and remote environments, utilizing radioisotopes that can be produced as coproducts through Oklo’s recycling processes. https://lnkd.in/gFCVTnMp

Strategic Acquisition: Oklo announces the proposed acquisition of Atomic Alchemy Inc., building on our earlier partnership to expand into the radioisotope market. By recycling nuclear waste, Oklo aims to provide a reliable and cost-effective fuel supply. Radioisotopes, as a coproduct of this process, offer massive revenue opportunities while supporting critical needs in cancer treatment, diagnostic imaging, clean energy, and semiconductor applications. Commercial Update: Oklo has secured partnerships with two major data center companies to deliver up to 750 megawatts of low-carbon power for data centers across the U.S., expanding Oklo’s customer pipeline to 2,100 megawatts.
