50 Omani SMEs participate in Omani-Kuwait economic exhibition KUWAIT CITY: Fifty Omani small and medium-sized enterprises participated in the Omani-Kuwaiti Economic Exhibition, which took place earlier this week in Kuwait. Inflation rate rises by 0.5 per cent in November 2024 MUSCAT: The inflation rate in Oman increased by 0.5% in November 2024 compared to the same month in 2023, according to data from the National Centre for Statistics and Information. The data, based on the 2018 Consumer Price Index, indicated an increase in the prices of various goods and services. Prices of personal goods and services rose by 5.5%, while health services saw an increase of 3.2%. Food and non-alcoholic beverages grew by 1.9%, and cultural and recreational services rose by 0.7%. "Ishraq" Endowment Investment Fund IPO begins MUSCAT: The initial public offering for the "Ishraq" Endowment Investment Fund has begun following the approval of its prospectus by the Financial Services Authority. The fund aims to raise an initial capital of RO 10 million, with the subscription period continuing until January 2.
