    On today's call covering Omnicom's fourth quarter and full-year 2024 results, Chairman and CEO John Wren spoke to our strategic progress and financial results. He also provided updates on the proposed acquisition of Interpublic. Some highlights include: 📣 Our organic revenue growth was 5.2% for both the fourth quarter and full year. This exceeded the high end of our guidance for full-year 2024. 📣 During the year, we continued to expand and deepen our capabilities with the acquisition of Flywheel and the formation of two new strategic Practice Areas – Omnicom Production and Omnicom Advertising Group (OAG). 📣 We are well into the shareholder approval and regulatory review process for the proposed acquisition of Interpublic Group (IPG).     Earlier this week, Omnicom’s Chief Equity and Impact Officer, Emily K. Graham joined Campaign Chemistry’s Luz Corona, MPS to share her thoughts on the current state of DEI, acknowledging the shifts taking place and how she’s leading through the current landscape.     Omnicom's pending acquisition of Interpublic Group (IPG) seems especially timely in the hindsight of last week’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. A major talking point among the brand and agency executives in attendance was the onset of the so-called agentic era of artificial intelligence, in which AI tools handle multi-step tasks for people like booking a full travel itinerary — or firing off a client brief. In this era, data will be at even more of a premium than it is today. “If you think about the IPG acquisition, we will have a broader platform to to do things. We will have the broadest dataset on the buy side anywhere in the world, and more expertise, more clients,” Jonathan Nelson, CEO of the agency holding company’s digital arm Omnicom Digital, said on the latest Digiday Podcast, which was recorded in person at CES. #CES #CES2025
