Ondas announces new financing via the sale of $18.9 million of convertible notes to a single institutional investor. In total, Ondas has raised $30 million in net cash proceeds in the month of December and has achieved the funding goals laid out at the OAS investor day in September. Ondas Networks and Siemens Mobility announced that Metra Commuter Rail will upgrade its legacy 900 MHz network to the new 900 MHz A-block. This is the first system-wide upgrade for a rail operator in the 900 MHz band demonstrating that Siemens and Ondas have established a migration plan that can be adopted across the rail sector in 900 MHz. We look forward to supporting more Railroads as the transition to the new 900 MHz A-block continues.
