We held our first Chef Spotlight dinner (of many to come!) in our beautiful Teaching Kitchen last week to raise funds for our mission. The evening featured Chef Kira, our talented Workforce Development Program chef instructor, Kristen, one of our wonderful RDNs, and a few of our WDP students. Our guests enjoyed a live cooking demo of their delicious Cuban-inspired dinner and dessert for a perfect pre-Valentine's date-night for a cause! #ChefSpotlight #TeachingKitchen #ValentinesDinner
