Openlands is hiring a Forestry Field Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Arborist Registered Apprenticeship (ARA) program. As the Field Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of arborists by leading apprentices through hands-on fieldwork, on-the-job training, and education in arboriculture and urban forestry. This is a full-time role perfect for someone passionate about forestry, mentoring, and working outdoors. 💼 What You’ll Do: Supervise and lead apprentices in the ARA program during their first year. Coordinate projects with a focus on arboriculture and urban forestry. Work closely with the Senior Forestry Program Manager.
