Raising Awareness: Prostate Cancer, Cervical Cancer, and Breast Cancer   On November 2nd, OSI Electronics Batam held a socialization event focusing on prostate cancer, cervical cancer, and breast cancer. The event aimed to raise awareness about these critical health issues and provide valuable information on prevention, early detection, and treatment options. The session was well-received, with around 50 participants actively engaging in discussions and learning from the presentations.   The participants appreciated the opportunity to gain insights from medical professionals and health experts who shared their knowledge and experiences. The event also included interactive Q&A sessions, allowing attendees to address their concerns and seek personalized advice. Safety Riding Education: Ride Smart, Ride Safe   On November 16th, OSI Electronics Batam held a safety riding education event attended by around 90 employees. The event aimed to promote safe riding practices and enhance road safety awareness. We partnered with Capella Honda to provide comprehensive safety riding training. This program equips our team with essential skills and knowledge to navigate the roads safely, emphasizing defensive riding techniques and responsible motorcycle operation. By fostering a culture of safety, we aim to reduce accidents and promote a safer commuting environment for everyone.   “ The safety riding training was incredibly beneficial. From October 21st to 24th, OSI Electronics conducted the Certification IPC Specialist (CIS) for IPC-A-600. This important event was organized to certify specialists in the IPC-A-600 standards, which are critical for ensuring the quality and reliability of printed circuit boards. The certification program was essential for maintaining high standards in electronic manufacturing and inspection processes, reaffirming OSI Electronics' commitment to excellence.   Participants underwent a rigorous training program that included both theoretical lessons and practical exercises. From October 14th to 15th, OSI Electronics successfully conducted the Recertification IPC Trainer (CIT) for IPC-A-610. This essential event brought together trainers to renew their certifications and enhance their expertise in the IPC-A-610 standards. The recertification process is crucial for ensuring that the trainers are up to date with the latest industry practices, thereby maintaining the high standards of electronic assembly and inspection.   The program included a series of in-depth training sessions, both theoretical and practical, led by experienced instructors. Participants were engaged in comprehensive discussions and hands-on activities designed to reinforce their understanding and application of the IPC-A-610 standards.
