All our people have (wild) stories, and most of them willing to share!
CEO & Founder @ Corso Systems Building great tools for manufacturing companies to better serve their customers since 2007.
I left the grocery store when I went to college. While they were extremely customer service focused, they were not agreeable to people needing limited schedules. In my family I was the first person to go to college. The rule was "you will go to college" but it pretty much stopped there. My parents didn't have a deep understanding of all of the possible options for degrees and I never really paid a lot of attention to what was available. The only thing I knew for sure was I never wanted to be an Engineer. A family friend growing up was an Electrical Engineer who wore a pocket protector and carried around a graphic calculator every day of his life, and I knew I didn't want to be like him 😂 I got a scholarship from the State of Nevada that paid like 90% of 4 years of tuition to the University of Nevada, Reno ($10K back in 2002, I'm sure that wouldn't even cover a semester now 🤔 ) so it was an easy decision to go there since it was only like 15 mins from my parent's house. I had family in town for my high school graduation and I got a recruiting letter from the Chemical Engineering Department saying the combination of my SAT scores would make me a good it. My uncle who is a lawyer looked at the letter. He was always big on things with wet signatures, and said "This guy spent the time to sign this, you should go see what he has to say." I had signed up for the music program because that is what I was into at the time, and figured it was worth checking out the Chemical Engineering Program. Cliffhanger activated...

Just the support alone in this network is incredible. hundreds of people from all over the world have told me not to stop. For them, I'm not going to stop. Karaoke with backwards Mariachi hat is my destiny or maybe it's the connections we are making. Automation Ladies David Dadzie

I help manufacturers create systems that are easy to maintain and troubleshoot, leading to improved efficiency, reduced downtime, and a better bottom line. 🔧💡
Question folks, Anyone else find it surreal that in 2024 we're still playing "guess the IP address" and shipping pre-configured boxes you hope make it safe and sound to your remote site? I literally spoke to 3 recent customer about their remote access headaches, 2 I was able to convert into MRC-1002 customers. But I realized we're collectively stuck in this weird loop of: 📋 "Wait, which spreadsheet has the right credentials?" 🔒 "Hold on, let me find someone who remembers the VPN settings..." ⚠️ "Sorry, your expert can't connect because... IP conflicts." So I spent some time during this holiday break documenting how the Moxa MRC Quick Link platform, paired with the new OnCell G4302-LTE4, is quietly killing it when it comes "Secure Remote Access" solutions. Why am i psyched about this latest industrial-grade cellular router?: 📱 Dual SIM you can have Verizon + T-Mobile and WiFi backup (because redundancy shouldn't be luxury) 🌡️ -40 to 75°C operating range. Yes, it's actually built for Mission Critical Applications. 🛡️ Layer 2/3/4 firewall + IEC 62443 compliance I.T. you can breathe now 😎 🔍 This is HUGE! "Broadcast search capability" IYKYK!! 🎯 That last point? It means no more manual IP hunting. The router shows up, you boot it up, gets auto-discovered, and just... works. I know Crazy right!? I've put together Carousel on how this setup is saving people from unnecessary site visits and 3AM configuration calls. Swipe through if you need ammunition for your next "we need to modernize" conversation. I poured over this document and tried to make it as valuable and insightful as I possibly could. Why? Because I am a giver!! Also I just really like to share real solutions, for real headaches I keep seeing in the field. If you like my content, do me a favor and Like, Comment, or Share this. It really helps me out and if your interested in learning more?
