Our crew, led by Corey Link (Bricklayers Local 8), is making great progress toward completing masonry repairs and cleaning at All Saints Catholic Church in Keokuk, IA. The church reps invited OBCI to assist with developing a scope that includes: -Pressure washing the entire building. -Grinding and repointing 2,850 square feet total of deteriorated or cracked mortar joints on all elevations. -Removing and rebuilding 750 square feet total of outer-wythe brick on the south and belfry elevations. -Removing and replacing 1,175 individual cracked or spalled brick. -Cutting out and resealing all stone band ledge and south entry gable stone head joints. -Applying one saturation coat of water repellent to all elevations of the building after repairs. OBCI is happy to partner with All Saints Catholic Church to preserve and enhance its worship facility. We would also be happy to assist you with your project. #ottobaumcompany #restoration

According to ENR, OBCI remains in the top 10 masonry contractors in the USA! OBCI’s masonry & restoration revenue increased 31.5% in 2023 to $45.5M from $34.6M, moving OBCI up to #9 from #10 on the ENR list. Additionally, OBCI moved up the ranking of the top 600 Specialty Subcontractors from #401 to #381, with total revenue jumping 30% from $61.8M to $80.3M, combining revenue from all four divisions: Commercial Concrete, Civil, Masonry, and Restoration.
