November is Diabetic Eye Disease Awareness Month! 👁️ According to the study, "Prevalence of Diabetic Retinopathy in the US in 2021" published by JAMA Ophthalmology, nearly 10 million people in the United States are affected by diabetic retinopathy, a leading cause of blindness among working-age adults in the US.
