Peter is a senior professional manager and executive with over 30 years of experience in construction, including 25 years dedicated to the data center industry. He has played a key role in building some of the largest data centers on behalf of major global companies, including CyrusOne and DR, delivering high-performance infrastructure across the US and EMEA. As both an owner and managing director of construction firms and general contractors, Peter has led teams through every phase of the data center build cycle. His expertise spans site selection, due diligence, budgeting, design, construction, and operations setup. His leadership has been instrumental in developing data centers for end users, particularly in the financial sector, where reliability and security are critical. Beyond his technical expertise, Peter is passionate about building strong teams that support and challenge one another. He fosters an environment where individuals take ownership at all levels, and many of his former team members have gone on to become key leaders in the data center industry. Peter’s knowledge, energy, and leadership mindset make him a valuable addition to OVERWATCH EMEA.
