Gratitude can show up in many ways, and as we approach the busy holiday season, it is nice to take time to think of what we are grateful for! The gratitude tree, or thankful tree, is most popular as a Thanksgiving tradition where all guests write what they're thankful for, but it can be great for any event, or as a daily activity to do with a friend, family member, or child. #gratefultree #gratitude #thankful #blessed #appreciation #positivevibes #joyfulheart #mindfulness

It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."
