Each product will have its carbon footprint addressed by removing an equivalent amount of carbon through 1PointFive’s Direct Air Capture technology. During the Month of February, our Black Employee Network hosted a number of events across the organization in celebration of #BlackHistoryMonth. We brought employees together to show our unity and share our unique backgrounds and experiences. This year, our events focused on the Black Diaspora, which is a worldwide collection of communities descended from people from Africa including African Americans, Afro-Latinos, Afro-Caribbeans, and others. Exploring the Black Diaspora provided a deeper understanding of the diverse history, culture, and contributions these communities have made to the U.S. and our Company. #TogetherWeAreBetter

We were honored to support the National Western Stock Show and the Junior exhibitors in Denver! The 2025 Auction was another record-breaking event with Oxy's winning bid for the Grand Champion Hog at $85,000. A portion of the proceeds goes to support the junior exhibitor, Alice Hawn, who plans to use her portion to fund her college education in Animal Studies.
